Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. Instead, we offer refunds when eligible.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lunarlight1111@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. To qualify, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
